Officially opening in December 2010, Poudre Valley Medical Fitness is a medically supervised health and fitness facility designed to help residents of northern Colorado become and stay healthy for a lifetime.
Fitness is only part of the journey to good health. Through clinical integration, we focus on the prevention and treatment of lifestyle related disease, illness, and injury through regular participation in physical activity, disease management, and health education. The first of its kind in northern Colorado, our medical fitness program includes

Our newly constructed, state-of-the-art medical fitness facility will be located on the Poudre Valley Health Services Marina Health Campus, a comprehensive medical office complex that will house a variety of physician offices. The Medical Fitness Center includes all of the amenities you expect in a fitness center and more:

Join Us Thursday for a Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony

At Water Valley, it's no secret we love to have fun and have beautiful new homes for reasonable prices. We understand that home ownership is a great American right, and we want to take time this week to recognize the men and women who sacrifice so much to protect our freedom. Please join us in honoring these fine folks on Veterans Day. Weather permitting, the public is invited to observe a Veterans Day Recognition Ceremony behind the Pelican Lakes clubhouse this Thursday at 10am. The Marines Color Guard will be on hand as will the Windsor Middle School Band & Choir performing patriotic music. 140+ veterans will be in attendance as well prior to the start of their golf tournament at 10:30am. Join us as we recognize the men and women who have served our great country.
