Real Estate, Windsor homes under $420,000 are selling quickly and there is only a 5.3 month inventory.  This is a value $100,000 more than any other Northern Colorado city with comparable inventory.  Water Valley is consistently the highest selling neighborhood for newer homes in the region.  With homes in all price points, from condos in the mid $100s to super custom homes $2million plus, properties and amenities in Water Valley are unmatched by any other neighborhood.
